These is my Cheat Page . These are all the cheats that work without GAMESHARK or GAMEGENIE. IF you know any more, seend them to me in the address below.
Pokemon Cheats for Red, Blue, and Yellow
MissingNo.
Go to Viridian City and talk to the old man. He will ask you if you are in a hurry. Say no. He will catch a Weedle. When he is done, fly to Cinnabar Island. Go to the left shore and surf up and down where you are on land and in the water. You will run into a Pokemon made of symbols called MissingNo. at level 80 or 132. It has no Pokedex entry. It can mess up your game if you catch it. It's moves are great (Sky Attack, Sky Attack, Water Gun), but its defense really stinks.This doesn't work on yellow.
Mysterio
Go to Viridian City and talk to the old man. He will ask you if you are in a hurry. Say no. He will catch a Weedle. When he is done, fly to Cinnabar Island. Go to the left shore and surf up and down where you are on land and in the water. You will run into a Pokemon made of symbols and its name is made of symbols and "M". It is at level 0. It has no Pokedex entry. It can mess up your game if you catch it. If you catch it, you will keep fighting it. If you catch it again, it will say you caught a level 0 Ditto. It's moves are great (Sky Attack, Water Gun, Water Gun), but its defense really stinks. If you get it to level 1, it will evolve into Kangaskhan.This doesn't work on yellow.
Duplicate Items
Go to Viridian City and talk to the old man. He will ask you if you are in a hurry. Say no. He will catch a Weedle. When he is done, fly to Cinnabar Island. Go to the left shore and surf up and down where you are on land and in the water. You will run into two strange Pokemon: M' and MissingNo.. They do not have Pokedex entries. Whatever item you had in the sixth place of your list of items, you will now have over 100 more of them. You can duplicate anything that has a number beside it, plus Town Maps! Some great things I duplicated were Rare Candy, Max Elixer, Max Ether, Nuggets, TMs, Max Potion, Max Revive, Master Balls, and Full Restore. This is a great cheat but it takes all the challenge out of the game. This doesn't work on yellow.
Pokemon Over Level 100
Go to Viridian City and talk to the old man. He will ask you if you are in a hurry. Say no. He will catch a Weedle. When he is done, fly to Cinnabar Island. Go to the left shore and surf up and down where you are on land and in the water. You will run into Pokemon that are over level 100. Pokemon at levels 101-199 have been reported as Mew, Mewtwo, Snorlax, Kadabra, Charizard, Ponyta, Grimer, and Muk. There are different Pokemon there for each cartridge. My brother once found a Charizard at level 435 on a Blue version. There are other Pokemon that are also rarely found in the 400's. There are also some Pokemon under level 100. The Pokemon over level 100 can only get up levels by Rare Candy. They can't be get exp. points in the game or they'll "grow" to level 100. You can use them in the Colloseum, though. This doesn't work on yellow.
How To Catch Safari Zone Pokemon Elsewhere
Go into Safari Zone and walk around in the tall grass until your time runs out. Different Areas have different Pokemon. Go directly outside the building and fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down on the left shore where you are in water and on land. All the Pokemon that could be found in the tall grass you were in can be found by surfing up and down here. This also works in every place you can find wild Pokemon. This Pokemon doesn't work on yellow.
Unlimited Chances to Catch Rare Pokemon
Before you battle the Pokemon you can see (Snorlax, Mewtwo, the three rare birds, Electrodes, and Voltorbs), save the game. If it faints or runs away, just turn off your game and try it again!
Stand on Trees
Cut down a tree. Stand where it used to be and turn off your game. When you turn it back on again, you will be on top of it.
Day Care Secret
When you put a Pokemon in the Day Care, it will get 1 exp. point each step you take.
Raichu Evolved!
In Red Version, in the lab on Cinnabar Island, I gave my Raichu to a guy for Electrode. I talked to him again and he said, "The Raichu you gave me went and evolved!"
1000 HP
Talk to the man in Viridian City who is feeling great because he drinks coffee. Answer no to his question and he will catch a Weedle. Fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down on the east coast where you are half-on-land and half-on-water. You will find Pokemon over level 100. Catch one and give it Rare Candies until it is at level 255. Put it in your PC. Take it out and it will be around level 120-150, but its Total HP will be higher than its Max HP! Take it out and get it to level 255, and so on, until its Total HP goes over 999. It will be a strange number. Don't use it in the game, or else its HP will go down. You can only battle someone via link cable. This doesn't work on yellow.
Stand on People
I have only found one person that you can stand on. Before you go into Mt. Moon, there is a girl that says, " Ouch! I tripped over a rocky Pokemon, Geodude!". Force her over until she is right underneath the hedge. Go around to the top of the hedge above where she is. Jump over the hedge and you will be standing on her!
Phantom PC
In Celadon City is a human hotel. It looks like a Pokemon Center inside. Go over to where the PC would be and press A and you will be on the Phantom PC! This doesn't work on yellow.
Changing Landscape of Saffron City
In Saffron City, go up past the Fighting Dojo to the left. There is a row of thick fences. Go underneath it and look at the outside of the city. Now go around to the top of the fence and look outside the city. It's different! It also changes on the left side of the Bike Route.
Weird Rocket
In Saffron City, after you beat Pokemon Tower, come out of either the Pokemon Center or the Pokemon Mart. Go around to the left end of the street that goes the whole way through the city. Talk to the first Rocket you came to on the street. Then keep going until you see the Silph Co. building. There should be a Rocket standing next to the door, but he's not! He is either across the street or he is just plain GONE! If he is gone, walk around a little and he will appear by the door. If he is across the street, talk to him, but he won't respond. Keep talking to him and he will appear by the door.
Fish in Statues
Go into a Gym with a rod. Go up to the statue and you can fish in it. You can catch different rare Pokemon in different Gyms. You can also Surf in the statues in Lance’s Room and in Misty’s Gym. A trick you can play on your friend is to go and Surf behind the statues in Lance's room and save it! This doesn't work on yelloew.
Man on the Roof
Surf off the east coast of Cinnabar Island and get back on when you are at the front of the Gym. Go up to the door. There is a man on the roof, but when you go down or to the left, he will be on the ground. This doesn't work on yellow.
MEW
Beat the Elite Four and catch at least 150 Pokemon. Go into the front door of Celadon Mansion. Go to the floor with four people and three computers. Talk to the man who is not on a computer. He will give you Mew. This only works for the Japanese versions. If you use an American version, he will give you a certificate. If you have a Game Genie or Game Shark with the American version, he will give you Mew.
MEW
My brother got a Mew in his Game Boy from his friend who had a Red Game. The S. S. Anne truck’s door was open and he got a Mew in it. It may have to do with the keys sitting on the Game Corner chair. You can’t see them, but you have to try to play one of the slot machines. My sister actually picked up the keys by talking to the slot machine a lot of times, but she so stupidly restarted her game shortly afterwards. Or, he might have done it with a Game Genie or a Game Shark.
BONUS MYSTERIOUS CHEAT
Once I was surfing on the coast below Cinnabar Island and I ran into a Pidgey. I have no clue why or how this happened.

These are cheats that I don't think that they work.
Mew
Trade a Pokemon with a trainer that is in the game. Fly to Cinnabar Island if you aren't already there. Surf up and down the east coast where you are half on land and half on water. You will find a Mew. Catch it before it uses transform to transform into a Ditto. If you catch it as a Mew, it will stay a Mew. If you catch it as a Ditto, it will stay a Ditto.
Mew
Go to the S. S. Anne, but before you get on, surf into the water. Go down to the boat and move the crate with strength. Go into where the crate was. You will in a secret room with a Poke Ball with Mew in it.
Mew
Get 150 Pokemon. Beat the Elite Four 25 times in a row without saving your game. Go out and beat all the trainers, talk to everyone, and get all the items. Again, beat the Elite Four 25 times in a row without saving your game. Fly to Cinnabar Island. Go into the Laboratory where a scientist will give you the psychic stone. Use it on Mewtwo and he will evolve into Mew.
Mew
Before you go into Mt. Moon, go into Pokemon Center there. Buy a Magikarp from the guy. When you find the Day Care, give Magikarp to the guy. Come back when it is at level fifty. Buy it back off of him. This will be very expensive. It will evolve into Mew.
Chrona Mew
Go into Seafoam Island. Use the item finder to find a mist stone. There is only one and it is very hard to find. When you find it use it on Mew and it will evolve into a Chrona Mew.
Mewthree, Blastoise and Pikablu
Teach a Golem HM04, TM28, TM19, and TM 27, in that order. Get it to level 100. Trade it to another game that hasn't got HM01 yet. Teach a Pokemon HM01. Trade it to the same game. Teach a Pokemon HM03. Trade it to the same game. The game that now has Golem, a Pokemon with HM03, and a Pokemon with HM01, beat Lt. Surge, Erika, Sabrina, and Koga. You can now use HM01, HM03, and HM04. Go to the S. S. Anne. Surf off the dock into the water. Go to where the truck is off to the side. Use strength to push it into the water. There will be some stairs. Walk into them. You will be warped to the pond in the lobby of Silph Co. Building. There is a Blastoise level 0, a Maril level 0, and a Mewthree level 0 in it. Use an escape rope to get out.
Maril
Catch 150 Pokemon without a Game Genie or Game Shark. Get 17 of your Pokemon to level 100. Talk to the guy in Pewter City who asks you if you've been to the museum yet. Answer "no" . He will take you to the front door of the museum. Go upstairs and talk to the girl who wants her daddy to get her a Pikachu. Go down stairs and go outside. Don't move up, right, down, or left. Fly to Fuchsia City. Make sure you only have five Pokemon in your active six. Go to Safari Zone and catch a Tauros. Leave Safari Zone and put Tauros in the first slot in your active six. Fly to Celadon City. Go into Game Corner and talk to the lady behind the counter. She will say, "Hey, you have all the badges? WOW! Well, then since you were nice enough to talk to me, I will give you this Pokemon I found stranded behind the Pokemon Museum. He is so strong I cannot control him. But since you have all the badges, you take him!" It will say, "ASH got ???????!" If you try to select it, it will cancel, just as if you pressed "B". Fly to Pallet Town. Go into Oak's Lab. Talk to Oak. It will say the same thing it says every time: "ASH delivered OAK'S PARCEL!". Go into your active six. ??????? has replaced Tauros! Go to the name rater's house and talk to him. Change ???????'s name to #154 PIKABLU. It has cool, powerful attacks like Sonic Boom, which kills in one hit and never misses, and Electrode. I don't know why it's called that, but it's an awesome attack.
Maril
Teach HM03 to a Snorlax. Surf up and down by Cinnabar Island's gym 20 times with the Snorlax. Fly to Fuchsia City. Go into Safari Zone. You will find a Maril in it. Throw 3 baits then a Safari Ball.
Maril
Get 151 Pokemon. Go into Mt. Moon. There is a Poke Ball with a Maril in it.
Maril
Battle a Voltorb in the Power Plant. A random rock from anywhere in the Power Plant will disappear for ten seconds. Find it and go into where it was. When the rock reappears, you will be transported to Secret Office. There is a Poke Ball with Maril in it. Take it. There is also a hole in the floor. Go into it and you will be transported to the tall grass beside Pallet Town. Use an escape rope to get out.
Freakachu
Go to the name rater. Change Pikachu's nickname to Pikachan. He will turn green on Gameboy Color and get distorted.
Togepi
Beat the Elite Four 6 times in a row without saving your game. You will get a Togepi.
Togepi
Get 150 Pokemon without a Game Shark or Game Genie. Go into Bill's Sea Cottage. Go up to the teleport and press "A" and "B" at the same time. You will be taken to a secret place where you can catch Togepis.
Togepi
Go to Viridian City. Talk to the guy who taught you how to catch Pokemon 75 times in a row, answering "yes" each time. Then talk to him 25 times in a row, answering "no" each time. Fly to Cinnabar Island. You will find Pokemon over and under level 100. You will also find a Pokemon made of funny little symbols. Sometimes it is called MissingNo., and sometimes some funny symbols and an M. It is #000. Catch 45 ones called MissingNo. that are over level 100. Evolve them all to level 255. Get each one up one more level. They will go to level 0. The last one to get to level 0 will evolve into a Togepi.
Butterfat
Beat the Elite Four five times in a row without saving your game, with six Butterfrees in your active six the whole time. Oak will say, "Your Butterfrees are quite impressive. I'll evolve one for you." Oak will take you to a machine. Choose one Butterfree. It will evolve into #179 Butterfat.
Rainbowbird
Get 150 Pokemon. Put Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Lapras, Ditto, and Mewtwo in your active six. Surf up and down the east coast of Cinnabar Island where you are half on land and half on water. You will battle a Rainbowbird. Catch it and it will replace your ditto.
Luigi
Put a Lickitung in your active six. Battle the Snorlax near Celadon City. Turn your Gameboy upside-down. Give Lickitung a rare candy and it will evolve into #160 Luigi, from Mario Bros.. If it doesn't work, shake your Gameboy up and down while you do it.
Yoshi
Have a red game get a Dratini. Trade it to a blue game. Have the blue game evolve it into a Dragonite then trade it back to the red game. Take Dragonite into Unknown Dungeon. Surf in the water below Mewtwo's platform. Use a fire stone on Dragonite. It will say you can't do that, but it will work anyway. Dragonite will evolve into #999 Yoshi. He is Mario's Yoshi.
Melomaticuno
Go into Rock Tunnel and don't use flash. Find an Onix, a Zubat, a Paras, and a Geodude, in that order, each 10 steps in between each battle. You will find a Melomaticuno. It's type 1 poison, type 2 ice, and type three fire. Get its HP down to a little sliver and put it to sleep and use an Ultra Ball, or use a Master Ball.
Wild Gyarados
Go into Unknown Dungeon. Fish off Mewtwo's platform. You can find level 70 Gyaradoses.
Alien Trainer
Talk to the guy in Viridian City who taught you how to catch Pokemon 4 times, answering "yes, no, no, yes", in that order. Fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down the east coast where you are half on land and half on water. Battle two MissingNo.s. You will meet an alien Pokemon trainer. He has 2 MissingNo.s with strange, unreadable names, 2 Nidorinos with strange, unreadable names, a MissingNo. called MissingNo., and a Flareon called Flareon.
99 Master Balls
Put ultra ball first in your items list, then master ball. When you find Mewtwo in Unknown Dungeon, use an ultra ball then a Master Ball. You will have 99 Master Balls.
Master Ball Truck
Have someone trade you a Pokemon with HM01. Get 150 Pokemon and beat the Elite Four. Go to the S. S. Anne. Surf off the dock. There is a truck off to the side that sells Master Balls.
Bill's Mountain
Get 150 Pokemon and beat the Elite Four. Put your active six in this order, from top to bottom: Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres. Talk to Bill in his Sea Cottage. He'll let you on his mountain.
Bill's Secret Garden
Put Eevee, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Geodude, and Geodude in your active six. Go to the PC in Bill's Sea Cottage. Look at the four Pokemon 50 times each. Talk to Bill. He will take you to his secret garden where you can find cool Pokemon.
Pokemon League
To stay in the Pokemon League, beat the Elite Four 30 times in a row without saving your game. When you are in the Pokemon League, you can trade a pathetic Pokemon for a great Pokemon.
Pokegod
Get 150 Pokemon. Beat the Elite Four 30 times in a row without saving your game. Oak will say, "I'm getting tired of this." You will become a Pokegod. You won't be able to talk to anyone if you are a Pokegod.
HM06
To get HM06 (blast), just beat the Elite Four 100 times in a row without saving your game. You can use HM06 to get past the outer walls of Pallet Town to get to the tall grass.
